Martin has been in practice for over 20 years. He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Martin specialises in business management and taxation with a focus on the music industry, touring and entertainment businesses, including UK and overseas foreign entertainers/sportspersons regulations and compliance.

Ian has been in practice for over 30 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and recently qualified as a Business Finance Professional. Ian’s specialist areas include accounting, due diligence, VAT, bookkeeping, financial forecasts, valuations and general business advice.

Nigel has been one of the UK’s leading advisors on international and UK taxation throughout his career. He started at HMRC where he became Senior Principal Inspector of Taxes, responsible for drafting new tax legislation, including creating and leading the UK withholding tax system for non-resident sportspeople and entertainers at the Foreign Entertainers Unit. Nigel then co-founded a leading London-based firm of Chartered Accountants specializing in the sport and entertainment industries before becoming the founder of Clay GBP.

Philip has been in practice for over 25 years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax. Philip specialises in tax areas affecting individuals, their families, and their businesses, with a particular focus on non-residents, inheritance tax and trusts. When advising clients, his starting point is to fully understand their circumstances and aims to ensure he provides the best possible solutions.

Nick has been in practice for over 15 years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Nick specialises in advising entertainment and sports professionals, including international tax planning, tax residency and double taxation treaty planning. He also has significant experience advising clients and their production companies covering all aspects from initial start up to large scale companies with multiple projects in production. He also works closely with his clients and their wider team ensuring all aspects of their financial affairs are looked after.

James has been in practice for over 20 years. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. James specialises in accounting, taxation and business management with a focus on media and entertainment businesses, traditional and digital talent, digital platforms, modelling and talent agencies.

Bhav has been in practice for over 10 years. She is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Bhav specialises in Foreign Entertainers Taxes (FEU), UK and overseas personal tax compliance, tax enquiries, payroll, social security exemptions and business management for clients within the film and music industry.

Jas has been in practice over 15 years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Taxation Technicians. Jas specialises in advising sports professionals, and currently acts for a number of golfers, boxers, footballers, cricketers and MMA fighters. He can advise on a variety of tax planning manners including tax residency (pre/post arrival planning), UK and international double taxation issues (including foreign tax credits), and the use of image rights within with the sports industry.

Richard has been in practice as a Tax Advisor for over 27 years. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Taxation Technician, with over 22 years PQE. Richard specialises in advising entertainment & sports professionals and their related businesses, including international taxation planning. He also has wide experience acting for businesses on all tax aspects of M&A activities and advising OMBs on a wide range of tax issues including transactions, raising investment, employee incentivisation, exit planning and real estate.
